Pre-convención 2025 en Asusnción. || 2025 Pre-Convention in Asunción.

Hace varios días que nos estamos preparando para participar de nuestra convención anual internacional en la que volvemos a encontrarnos con casi todos los compañeros de la Red Remax de Paraguay y algunos otros de algunas partes del mundo como: Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos, argentina, Chile, Brasil y otros países más.

We've been preparing for several days to participate in our annual international convention, where we'll once again meet with almost all of our colleagues from the Remax Network in Paraguay and some others from around the world, such as Bolivia, Puerto Rico, the United States, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and other countries.

En esta ocasión tuvimos una mentaría VIP un día antes de la convención, por esa razón la llamamos reconvención. En esta mentaría reducida tuvimos una capacitación intensa dirigida a temas muy específicos y muy útiles que hacen a la mejora del negocio, de nosotros los asesores como profesionales y como personas, hemos contado con la presencia de Mario Castro quien se destaca en la Red Remax como Top número uno durante tres años consecutivo en el mundo siendo el de Argentina. Esto no sólo hablan de su trabajo profesional y todo lo que podemos pensar, también habla que después de la pandemia fue uno de los agentes inmobiliarios más productivos del país, esto nos indica la cantidad y calidad de operaciones que realizó Mario Castro durante su carrera.

On this occasion, we held a VIP mentorship the day before the convention, which is why we call it a reconvention. In this reduced mentorship, we received intensive training focused on very specific and useful topics that contribute to business improvement. We, the advisors, as professionals and as people, had the presence of Mario Castro, who has stood out in the Remax Network as the number one Top Real Estate Agent for three consecutive years in the world, being the one from Argentina. This not only speaks to his professional work and everything we can think about, but also speaks to the fact that after the pandemic, he was one of the most productive real estate agents in the country. This indicates the quantity and quality of transactions Mario Castro has completed during his career.

Pero justamente lamentaría fue clave en algunos aspectos como el trabajo en equipo o el armado de un Team, nos compartió todos los tips y recomendaciones para trabajar en equipo formar nuestro propio equipo para hacer Super productivos y también llevar junto a otros colegas dentro del equipo.

But I would just regret that it was key in some aspects such as teamwork or the creation of a Team, he shared with us all the tips and recommendations for working as a team, forming our own team to be Super productive and also to bring together other colleagues within the team.

Al ser éste un evento para tan sólo 40 personas (que son los agentes más productivos de la Red de todo Paraguay, compuesto por más de 1500 asesores inmobiliarios), la interacción entre los participantes y el disertante ha sido directa y tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar diferentes puntos de vista, preguntas y todo lo que nos sucede día a día con nuestros equipos de trabajo y con diferentes clientes, de esta forma podemos incorporar una nueva visión o nuevas opciones para brindar un mejor servicio y sobretodo desarrollar un mejor trabajo con nuestros colegas y con nuestro equipo y alcanzar nuestro máximo potencial junto con los miembros aliados.

Since this was an event for only 40 people (who are the most productive agents in the Network throughout Paraguay, made up of more than 1,500 real estate advisors), the interaction between the participants and the speaker was direct and we had the opportunity to present different points of view, questions and everything that happens to us day to day with our work teams and with different clients, in this way we can incorporate a new vision or new options to provide a better service and above all develop a better job with our colleagues and with our team and reach our maximum potential together with the allied members.

Todo esto me lleva a compartir que podemos lograr muchas cosas en la vida pero todo se hace mucho más lindo y mucho más atractivo cuando no corremos solos la carrera, cuando llevamos a otros de la mano y alcanzamos el éxito en equipo, podemos compartir los logros, las dificultades y el éxito junto con amigos y colegas. Esto hace que la vida sea mucho más interesante porque en todos los ámbitos podemos acompañar a otras personas a que logren también sus sueños junto a nosotros.

All of this leads me to share that we can achieve many things in life, but everything becomes much more beautiful and much more attractive when we don't run the race alone. When we lead others by the hand and achieve success as a team. We can share the achievements, the difficulties, and the success together with friends and colleagues. This makes life much more interesting because in all areas, we can accompany others to achieve their dreams alongside us.
