Today's activity created another worth memory while engaging in greenery.

First of all I would like to remind you that life is so beautiful and full of surprises. Even the smallest things are worth to be grateful.  So here's the thing today, it's my day off that's why I had the time to take a little tour around us. A lot has changed since the last time I checked the garden that's beside the road. The grasses that I onced cut is now fully grown again and it's becoming a hindrance to the sweet potatoes that I planted. Upon waking up this morning, I ate my breakfast as usual and thanked God for another day of my life. After that I asked my grandma if they already gather the sweet potatoes, if there's any, but sad to say that they got no time to dig and find out.  So I did the honor of digging up those sweet potatoes to see if there's anything to gather. The surrounding is not in good condition so I expect that there will none to gather. Despite that, I thoroughly checked all the beginnings of their vines. Luckily I found a lot of signs but as I said earlier, I firmly believed that there could be none.  Upon checking all the signs that I spotted, there's one that gave me hope but it seems that it's just a false hope.   That's life anyway, there's a lot of disguise but in the end you got nothing.   I tried to find out what lies beneath those signs I encountered and this time, finally I got one. It's not that big but it is what it is. This one can surely help you to survive another day and it's worth to be thanked for.  I looked for further within those grass but I found nothing this time. There's a lot of signs of fruit but it rotted away and some were eaten by rice field rats. Well that's life, give and take. It's ok, not a big deal. I gave up looking for sweet potatoes to gather and focus in planting another batch of it's vines.  I gathered all the good looking vines that I believe to give a fruitful harvest for the next four months and planted them.    As you can see I plotted it because this months it's been raining a lot here and I don't want it's fruit to rot due to over wetness of the soil.   While I'm at it, my cats came and played a little.    I couldn't get a good picture of Makoy the black one, he's so lively and can't stay still.  When I'm taking pictures of them, I noticed the papaya beside the bamboos already bear fruits and growing big as the days go by. Look at those,a little more and it can be partnered with a native chicken already..  Today's weather is very convincing to cook a dish like that. As you can see, it's been cloudy all day and it's such a relief for me, I can rest comfortably without worrying with the hottnes overload all day, sheesh.  And to end this, I just want to flex this buddy of mine. One of my oldest friend, got a lot of wives already but the owner still haha.. Thank you for reading. God bless us all.
