Hello, coffee lovers! ββ¨
A great day starts with a good coffee! Most of you will agree with me! π€β I am not a coffee girl at all, but if I have to drink one, I'd like to try it from a trendy store or a new coffee shop in town. π
To keep up with the day, we stroll in the mall and whichever cafe or coffee kiosk we see, we will try it. Tryna be spontaneous!π½
19 degrees is the first one we saw. It is situated near a kidsβ indoor playground. Hmm, maybe parents sip coffee and sit here peacefully while waiting for the kids. Nice location, I see.
I wondered why the name of the coffee kiosk is so. So apparently, the best temperature to brew coffee is at 19 degrees. I just Googled that up while waiting in line. π
The kiosk is like a half-kitchen with some stoves and some appliances. Maybe a triple-sized kiosk.
As I was ordering 2 iced and 1 hot Spanish lattes, then I noticed some canned fresh fruits. They were beautifully layered in different colors.
So pretty to see and tempting to order, haha. But nope! πWe were here to try their coffee. But I will be saving the canned fruit next time.
As I was about to pay, I was having a hard time opening my e-wallet.
I usually use electronic cash rather than cash. Gosh, I was a bit nervous it wonβt open, and boom it opened, but what the heck! π€ I do not have enough money, haha! I forgot to transfer. π₯² A bit embarrassing! I wasted time on that.
I just asked to pay in cash instead. Luckily, I still keep cash on hand just in case things like this happened, and yeah, it happened! π I paid, got the receipt, and seated.
Just scrolling and chatting to make the time go faster. Every three minutes, I look at the pick-up counter just in case my name was called. I thought making a Spanish latte was an express since it was not a busy day. Ten minutes passed by and our coffees were not out yet. At this point, I went to the counter and did a follow-up.
The staff told me that our coffees were on the way. I was worried that our order was overlooked. π Finally, after 15 minutes, we got our three coffees. π€
Look at that! The cupβs so cute! The blue lid and the gradient mix of milk and coffee is giving! π€β¨ I had to take a picture, haha.
The lid looks complicated at first, but I promise you, it was no brainer. Also, can we mention the effort they put into the design of their cups?
As I opened the cup, the aroma of coffee filled the air. I mean, I can really say they were brewed to perfection. β So maybe waiting for 15 minutes was worth it at all. π
Tube ice vs Cube ice? This was the debate between my friends. They said they hate the tube ice because it looks and feels cheap. Oh, really? π I never thought of that! He associated the tube ice with low-cost eateries, where the ice was sourced from questionable ice factories and then delivered in sacks.
Well, that was just the gossip, but we cannot be sure. But he said he never experienced stomachaches, but it would be nicer if they used cube ice.
Whatever the case, the coffee was so good! Instantly, I felt my blood was pumping, my senses doubled, and I was ready to go! π€€π
I can really tell when they put effort into the coffee. It was simple, no BS, and just doing the job. For $2.10 β, this was great coffee. Next time, I will try their milk teas and fruit drinks!
That is it for this food blog. I will see you at the next one! πΈ All photos are owned and taken by me, otherwise credited. Β©οΈjijisaurart
