El día de hoy me sentía liviano y con bastante energía para entrenar, me puse a ver videos de competencias y me puse pensar que próximamente se vienen competiciones importantes y me gustaría estar en alguna de ellas.
Today I felt light and with enough energy to train, I started to watch videos of competitions and I started thinking that there are important competitions coming soon and I would like to be in one of them.

Próximamente, se vienen dos competencias importantes en el mes de octubre, lamentablemente no puedo estar en las dos porque son casi para la misma fecha, me estoy intentando preparar lo mejor posible, tampoco debo excederme en mis entrenamientos para evitar lesiones.

La mayoría de los días me siento superpesado, por eso me gusta aprovechar estos momentos en los que estoy en muy buena forma, a veces me siento fatigado y descanso, pero igualmente sigo estando pesado, eso desmotiva un poco, pero sigo intentando tener paciencia y sobre todo disciplina.
Most days I feel super heavy, that's why I like to take advantage of these moments when I'm in very good shape, sometimes I feel fatigued and I rest, but I'm still heavy, that discourages a little, but I keep trying to be patient and above all discipline.
