Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you some pictures of a warm up.

Hoy me levanté con ganas de hacer un calentamiento para empezar la semana de la mejor manera posible, hoy me toca entrenar pero sin rutina, solo con intentos de de todo, trataré de practicar cosas como los molinos y la plancha, trataré de solo hacer hoy combinaciones para seguir acostumbrando el cuerpo a mantener el alto rendimiento, estoy progresando de a poco pero siento que si tengo más resistencia a la hora de hacer freestyle. No se que tal me valla hoy con los entrenamientos porque ayer me corté el dedo y tengo una pequeña herida pero aún así voy a entrenar para no perder el ritmo, me gustaría de verdad tener una buena barra para entrenar porque la barra de aquí es muy gruesa y la otra que hay es angosta, no es por excusa pero no es lo mismo entrenar así, sería muy genial tener una barra decente.
Today I woke up wanting to do a warm up to start the week in the best possible way, today I have to train but without routine, just trying everything, I will try to practice things like the windmills and the plank, I will try to do only combinations today to keep getting used to the body to maintain the high performance, I am progressing slowly but I feel that I have more resistance when it comes to freestyle. I don't know how my training will go today because yesterday I cut my finger and I have a small wound but I'm still going to train so I don't lose the rhythm, I would really like to have a good bar to train with because the bar here is very thick and the other one is narrow, it's not an excuse but it's not the same to train like this, it would be really great to have a decent bar.

Justo ayer iba a poner la barra pero no tuve la oportunidad, porque llovió toda la mañana y estaba el piso suave de tanta agua, me ocupe en la tarde y no me dió tiempo entonces debería buscar una forma de poner la barra, pero mientras tanto entrenaré con lo que pueda, se que entrene dónde en entrene conseguiré mi objetivo, busco mi mejor versión y se que lo lograre cueste lo que cueste, primeramente con la ayuda de Dios, y con mi disciplina y ganas de seguir adelante.
Just yesterday I was going to put the bar but I didn't have the opportunity, because it rained all morning and the floor was soft from so much water, I got busy in the afternoon and I didn't have time so I should look for a way to put the bar, but meanwhile I will train with what I can, I know that wherever I train I will achieve my goal, I am looking for my best version and I know that I will achieve it whatever it takes, first with the help of God, and with my discipline and desire to move forward.
