This time I will share with you some pictures of my first freestyle day of the week.

La verdad hoy me sentí muy débil, quería hacer muchas más cosas este día pero lamentablemente no tuve la oportunidad, tengo una competencia en mente y eso me mantiene muy motivado pero no quita que ayer me sentía muy mal, yo supongo que es por el dejar el azúcar, los dos días que descanse no toque nada que contenga azúcar, entonces supongo que por eso me sentía así, ayer entrene no como quería pero si entrene más o menos bien, al llegar a la casa comí dulce, para ver cómo me siento hoy, creo que debo mantener la dieta de cero azúcar solo los días que no entrene, pero los días que entrene si podré comer una que otra cosa dulce, más que todo en frutas.
The truth today I felt very weak, I wanted to do many more things this day but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity, I have a competition in mind and that keeps me very motivated but it does not take away that yesterday I felt very bad, I guess it is because of leaving the sugar, the two days I rested I did not touch anything that contains sugar, So I guess that's why I felt like that, yesterday I trained yesterday not as I wanted but I trained more or less well, when I got home I ate sweet, to see how I feel today, I think I should keep the zero sugar diet only the days I don't train, but the days I train if I can eat something sweet, mostly fruits.

Está mañana intenté quemar la plancha, no la queme totalmente me si llegué al punto de no durar los 3 segundos, hoy llovió así que no se cómo voy a buscar manera de hacer dinamicos, porque llovió y otra vez se anegaron las barras, tengo planeado ir a las barras que están en el polideportivo de acá del estado apuré, no se en que estado se encuentren las barras porque la última vez que escuché, me dijeron que estaban dañadas y que se movían mucho los pilares por eso es un riesgo, además es un poco lejos, voy a ir porque ayer un amigo me invitó a entrenar para allá asi que supongo que las barras están utilizables.
This morning I tried to burn the iron, I didn't burn it completely, I did get to the point of not lasting the 3 seconds, today it rained so I don't know how I'm going to find a way to make dynamic, because it rained and again the bars were flooded, I plan to go to the bars that are in the sports center here in the state of Apuré, I don't know what state the bars are in because the last time I heard, I was told that they were damaged and that the pillars were moving a lot so it's a risk, it's also a bit far away, I'm going to go because yesterday a friend invited me to train there so I guess the bars are usable.
