Greetings dear friends of the community SWC.
This time I will share with you some pictures of my practice training day in the park.

Ayer quería hacer rutina pero llovió en la mañana así que en la tarde fui a las barras a hacer dinamicos en pero me percate de que llovió en la mañana y el parque estaba anegado, entonces me al otro parque a hacer rutina, porque allí no estaba tan anegado, los muchachos fueron llegando poco a poco y nos pusimos a practicar algunos combos con plancha, al principio nos daba mucho miedo pero después de varios intentos le fui agarrando confianza y pude lograrlo, no lo hice de la manera más limpia pero, se que puedo ir mejorando. Justo cuando empecé a hacer la rutina empezó a llover de la nada y me moje todo, no me dió ni oportunidad de llegar a la casa.
Yesterday I wanted to do a routine but it rained in the morning so in the afternoon I went to the bars to do dynamics but I realized that it rained in the morning and the park was flooded, so I went to the other park to do a routine, because it wasn't so flooded there, the guys were arriving little by little and we started to practice some combos with plancha, at first it was very scary but after several attempts I was getting confidence and I could do it, I didn't do it in the cleanest way but, I know that I can get better and better. Just when I started to do the routine it started to rain out of nowhere and I got all wet, it didn't even give me a chance to get home.

Después de llegar a casa me puse a entrenar de una vez para seguir con el cuerpo caliente y me tomé un té de limón caliente porque en estos tiempos nos mojamos y automáticamente nos enfermamos, debemos cuidarnos para prevenir las enfermedades, hoy tomaré un descanso para recuperarme de la fatiga y poder progresar de la mejor manera, voy a entrenar el jueves, para mejorar un poco las combinaciones de dinámicos y sacar cosas nuevas. Está semana no me sentía al 100 pero la verdad pude hacer muchos combos buenos que me gustaría mejorar, debo ir tratando de empezar a lanzar variaciones de estáticos para ser un atleta más versátil.
After arriving home I started to train at once to keep my body warm and I drank a hot lemon tea because in these times we get wet and automatically we get sick, we must take care of ourselves to prevent diseases, today I will take a break to recover from fatigue and to progress in the best way, I will train on Thursday, to improve a little the dynamic combinations and get new things. This week I didn?t feel at 100 but the truth is I could do a lot of good combos that I would like to improve, I must try to start throwing variations of static to be a more versatile athlete.
