This time I will share with you some pictures of my Sunday night.

Hoy me tomé el día para descansar, no tenía planeado entrenar, me levanté para desayunar saludable, desde la mañana me puse a ayudar a @bertnez con su moto, porque quería cambiar el tren de rodaje como no tiene llaves a demás yo me comprometí hace una par de días a ayudarlo, luego comí el almuerzo, me dieron ganas de salir pero antes tenía que arreglarle el freno a mi moto, luego de eso salí con mi pareja, comimos algo y nos pusimos a practicar algunas cosas, pensé que no iba a hacer ningún estático pero comencé con una parada de manos, para calentar los músculos y intenté un par de planchas, debo decir que me cuesta mucho descansar sin hacer ningún tipo de práctica.

Debo perfeccionar mi técnica de algunos estáticos pero siento que he mejorado y que mis músculos se adaptaron a entrenar en alto rendimiento, sigo así con disciplina y práctica podré progresar mucho más y conseguir más cosas. Hay mucho que mejorar pero para eso debo irme adaptando, para subir repeticiones y mejorar en posturas de estáticos, ayer fue un buen día de entrenamiento para mi pero veremos cómo me va mañana, no espero entrenar tan fuerte debido a una cortada un poco fuerte que sufrí hoy en mi dedo, vote un poco de sangre y siento presión cuando apretó, tal vez me va a detener pero no me va a quitar las ganas de entrenar.
I have to perfect my technique of some static but I feel that I have improved and that my muscles have adapted to train in high performance, I continue like this with discipline and practice I will be able to progress much more and achieve more things. There is a lot to improve but for that I have to adapt, to increase repetitions and improve in static postures, yesterday was a good training day for me but we will see how it goes tomorrow, I don't expect to train so hard because of a cut I suffered today in my finger, I got some blood and I feel pressure when I squeezed it, maybe it will stop me but it won't take away my will to train.
