On this occasion, I will share with you my afternoon training day.

El día martes descanse por la fatiga que tenía acumulada, la verdad es fuerte entrenar sin suplementos porque es evidente que el rendimiento no es el mismo, a mí me afecta más que todo, no en el rendimiento, sino en la recuperación, por ejemplo me gustaría entrenar si es posible todos los días, pero debido a la fatiga prácticamente entreno 1 día y al siguiente descanso por ejemplo ayer entrene hoy me toca descansar porque ya cargo un alto nivel de fatiga, pero no debería porque se acerca la competencia y debo tener mi resistencia al máximo, estás últimas semanas que quedan las estoy dejando para terminar de mejorar los combos, debo empezar a trotar para que me ayude a la resistencia y a controlar la respiración un poco mejor.
On Tuesday, I rested due to accumulated fatigue. The truth is that it is difficult to train without supplements because it is evident that performance is not the same. It affects me more than anything else, not in terms of performance, but in terms of recovery. For example, I would like to train every day if possible, but due to fatigue, I practically train one day and rest the next. For example, yesterday I trained, and today I have to rest because I am already very fatigued, but I shouldn't because the competition is coming up and I need to have my endurance at its peak. I am using these last few weeks to finish improving my combos. I need to start jogging to help my endurance and control my breathing a little better.

Ayer me pasó algo muy curioso porque tenía planeado grabar el vídeo clasificatorio de la competencia, se supone que el vídeo debe de ser de un minuto o un minuto y medio pero debido a que puse el teléfono en trípode no sabía cuánto tiempo iba en cada combo que hacía, hasta llegué al punto de grabar tres veces y aún así no llegue el minuto, esto pasó porque no tenia a alguien que me grabará, el vídeo que grabé duro 54 segundos, hablé con los organizadores del evento y me dijeron que está bien que lo único es que el combo tiene que ser completo y más tardé, les envío el vídeo clasificatorio, a pensar de qué descanse el martes ayer estaba un poco pesado, me sentía un poco raro, hoy no me toca dinámicos, trataré de hacer front en casa y un poco de hefesto.
Something very curious happened to me yesterday because I had planned to record the qualifying video for the competition. The video is supposed to be one minute or one and a half minutes long, but because I put my phone on a tripod, I didn't know how long each combo I did was going to take. I even got to the point of recording three times and still didn't reach a minute. This happened because I didn't have anyone to record me. The video I recorded lasted 54 seconds. I spoke to the event organisers and they told me that it was fine, the only thing was that the combo had to be complete and longer. I sent them the qualifying video. I'm thinking about resting on Tuesday. Yesterday I was feeling a bit heavy, I felt a bit strange. Today I don't have to do dynamics, I'll try to do front squats at home and a bit of Hephaestus.
