On this occasion, I will share with you some photographs of my light training night.

Después de un largo mes de competencias, donde he tenido la oportunidad de competir en tres ocasiones, afortunadamente he quedado en el podio en las tres, he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a Víctor Allende, por quien empecé a entrenar, pues creo que he aprendido mucho a nivel deportivo y profesional. Ahora estoy empezando con el proceso de la plancha completa, como saben, soy muy dado a lanzar estradle, pero la verdad es que no me sirve para competir. He tenido la oportunidad de aprender de algunas personas que tienen una buena plancha completa y me han dado consejos. ahora no estoy haciendo estradle porque una de las primeras cosas que debo hacer es intentar solo full plancha, para adaptar el cuerpo a este movimiento, porque por más que domine la estradle no voy a tener buena full si no dejo de lado la estradle y hago solo full plancha.
After a long month of competitions, where I had the opportunity to compete three times and fortunately finished on the podium in all three, I had the opportunity to meet Víctor Allende, who I started training with, as I believe I have learned a lot on a sporting and professional level. Now I am starting the full plank process. As you know, I am very prone to doing estradle, but the truth is that it does not help me compete. I have had the opportunity to learn from some people who have a good full plancha and have given me advice. Now I am not doing estradle because one of the first things I must do is try only full plancha, to adapt my body to this movement, because no matter how well I master estradle, I will not have a good full plancha if I do not put estradle aside and do only full plancha.

No va a ser nada fácil este proceso porque a veces no me voy a sentir bien, lo más probable es que me desanime muy seguido, pero creo que es un proceso que debo hacer si quiero mejorar y ser una mejor atleta. También me he activado con el Front lever, le estoy poniendo mucha más disciplina a los estáticos, espero poder progresar de buena manera para competir al 100 %. ahora estoy enfermo, justo ayer pasé toda la noche con fiebre, pero lo tomaré como descanso y volveré con la disciplina al 100 %.
This process is not going to be easy because sometimes I will not feel well, and I will probably get discouraged very often, but I think it is a process I must go through if I want to improve and be a better athlete. I have also started working on the front lever, and I am applying much more discipline to the static exercises. I hope to make good progress so that I can compete at 100%. Right now, I am ill. Just yesterday, I spent the whole night with a fever, but I will take it as a rest and come back with 100% discipline.
