On this occasion, I will share with you some photographs of dynamic exercises in the park.

Este día llegué un poco tarde porque, pase todo el día ocupado, igual tenía planeado llegar y hacer solo un poco de rutina de front lever pero los muchachos estaban haciendo dinámicos, empezé a calentar, me sentía un poco liviano, me integre y empezé a hacer dinámicos, me motive lanze un supra 540, empezé a hacer estáticos y a practicar cosas que tengo pero que normalmente en esas barras no hago por lo angostas que son pero poco a poco van saliendo las cosas, ya mandé el vídeo clasificatorio para la competencia de legends of the bars, esperaré a que den los resultados el 10 de septiembre y espero clasificar, mientras tanto a entrenar de la mejor manera posible, creo que no envíe un vídeo tan bueno pero porque ese día estaba un poco desconcentrado además no tenía quien me grabará.
I arrived a little late that day because I had been busy all day, but I had planned to arrive and do just a little front lever routine. However, the lads were doing dynamic exercises, so I started to warm up. I felt a bit light, so I joined in and started doing dynamic exercises. I got motivated and did a supra 540, then started doing static exercises and practising things that I know but don't normally do on those bars because they are so narrow. Little by little, things are coming together. I have already sent the qualifying video for the Legends of the Bars competition. I'll wait for the results on 10 September and hope to qualify. In the meantime, I'll train as best I can. I don't think I sent a very good video, but that's because I was a bit distracted that day and I didn't have anyone to film me.

Hoy no entrenaré porque se supone que ayer tampoco debía entrenar, pero por ganas de mejorar y por sentirme bien entrene, ya hoy si toca descanso a la fuerza para poder darle descanso a los músculos, mañana veré si puedo hacer dinámicos y luego la rutina o si no le mei full estáticos, depende a cómo se comporte la lluvia. Ahora he progresado mucho en la plancha pero aún falta bastante, esperaremos que va pasando en las últimas semanas antes de la competencia, mañana trataré de entrenar plancha y hefesto, ya que lo he recuperado pero me falta pulirlo más.
I won't be training today because I wasn't supposed to train yesterday either, but I wanted to improve and feel good, so I trained. Today I have to rest so my muscles can recover. Tomorrow I'll see if I can do dynamic exercises and then my routine, or if not, I'll do full static exercises, depending on how the rain behaves. I've made a lot of progress with the plank, but I still have a long way to go. We'll see how things go in the last few weeks before the competition. Tomorrow I'll try to train the plank and Hephaestus, as I've recovered but I need to polish it up some more.
