Greetings dear friends of the community SWC.
This time I will share with you some pictures of my freestyle training day.

Ayer tenía muchas ganas de hacer dinamicos y estáticos, le escribí a mis compañeros del parque y los invite a que entrenaran para hacer una buena sesión de freestyle, de verdad que ayer hice muchos dinamicos, de verdad estoy muy agradecido a todos los muchachos del parque porque fueron y motivaron mucho, cuando llegue al parque pensé que no iba a hacer muchos dinamicos porque tengo una molestia en la mano osea un callo de sias anteriores, pero gracias a a adrenalina pude hacer freestyle de buena manera, creo que mi resistencia está volviendo ahora se que mi método de entrenamiento está funcionando, pero para poder ganar competencias y competir de la mejor manera es entrenar mas fuerte y con garra, estoy tratando de fortalecer mis debilidades y para eso debo entrenar muy fuerte, engo estrategias para las competencias, por eso quiero también fortalecer todo lo que pueda.
Yesterday I really wanted to do dynamic and static, I wrote to my mates at the park and invited them to train to do a good freestyle session, I really did a lot of dynamic yesterday, I am really grateful to all the guys at the park because they went and motivated me a lot, when I arrived at the park I thought I was not going to do a lot of dynamic because I have a discomfort in my hand osea a callus from previous years, but thanks to the adrenaline I was able to do freestyle in a good way, I think my stamina is coming back now I know how to train and I know how to do it, But thanks to the adrenaline I was able to freestyle in a good way, I think my resistance is coming back now I know that my training method is working, but to be able to win competitions and compete in the best way is to train harder and with grit, I am trying to strengthen my weaknesses and for that I have to train very hard, I have strategies for competitions, so I also want to strengthen everything I can.

Creo que la disciplina es lo primero que hace que seamos verdaderamente grandes, si te propones algo, lo que sea como ser campeón, como ser el mejor lo vas a lograr algún día, solo basta de tener paciencia y disciplina, para que si ganes o pierdas no dependa de otra persona, tienes darlo todo y hacer que dependa de ti mismo, espero poder ir a competir, para dar lo mejor, para disfrutar de este deporte tan bonito que es lo que más importa. Todo Con Dios Se Puede.
I believe that discipline is the first thing that makes us truly great, if you propose something, whatever it is like being a champion, like being the best, you will achieve it one day, you just need to have patience and discipline, so that whether you win or lose does not depend on someone else, you have to give everything and make it depend on yourself, I hope to go to compete, to give the best, to enjoy this beautiful sport that is what matters most. Everything is possible with God.
