Los invito hoy a disfrutar de esta selección, y al mismo tiempo ejercicio de edición, de algunas de mis fotografías hechas durante mañanas con niebla en los escenarios campestres y naturales en los alrededores de Montalbán (Venezuela), el pueblo en donde vivo...
I selected these photos from my archives from the last quarter. Many of these photos are from sequences of shots taken at the time, which is why I hadn't processed or edited them. At that time, I preferred to work on other photos—what I call "sister photos"—from the same sequence or series. There are also photos here that I hadn't published because I wasn't sure what to do with them at the time. But today, all those photos have found their place and their moment, and now they're here on #Hive for you...
Seleccioné estas fotos desde mis archivos del ultimo trimestre. Muchas de estas fotografías corresponden a secuencias de disparos hechas en su momento, razón por la cual estas fotos se habían quedado al margen de ser procesadas o editadas por mi, pues en ese momento preferí trabajar sobre otras fotografías de esas que llamo "fotos hermanas" de la misma secuencia o serie. También hay aquí fotos que había dejado inéditas porque en ese momento no tenía clara mi decisión para efectos de edición. Pero hoy, todas esas fotos encontraron su lugar y su momento y ahora están aquí en #Hive para ustedes...
Regarding the processing and editing of these photos, I really decided to have a lot of fun with it today and took a lot of creative liberties as I "understood" each photo. So, the photos in this project include horizontal captures that were cropped to become vertical. I used various layers of attenuation, different color temperatures, contrast variations, and everything else I considered necessary to transform them into these sorts of "morning postcards" that I'm sharing with you today...
Con respecto al procesado y edición de estas fotos; en verdad decidí divertirme bastante hoy con esto y me tomé un montón de licencias creativa según iba yo "entendiendo" cada foto. Así que las fotos en este trabajo hay fotos de captura en horizontal con recorte necesario para convertirlas en estas verticales, usé varias capas de atenuación, distintas temperaturas de color, variaciones de contraste y todo lo que consideré necesario para convertirlas en esta especie de "postales mañaneras" que hoy comparto con ustedes...

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7
NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape v3.7
