Hello Lovers of Hive
Welcome to my blog.
January 4th, 2025, made me three years on hive.
On 4th January was the beginning of the year, so I joined Hive per New Year's resolutions. Even when I am not good at following the resolutions until the end of the year.
But I did it and made it three years of consistency 🎉woohoo.
My first year on hive was so exciting and cool.
I enjoyed each day on hive because I was rounding up with school, then when I started my blogging. Something I did for the first time in life.
Then, I had some challenges in real life, but those challenges were zero on hive,making it more comfortable and relaxing for me.
My first year was so exciting and cool, and I joined lots of contests.
I was happy writing, even when my writing wasn't that cool and needed lots of proofreading.
The topics for each contest were so interesting, and I didn't struggle to write them.
What encouraged me more was whenever my post was selected as part of the winners or runners-up or honourable mentions.
I speedy make friends as well, what was I not enjoying.
The second year became a little bit challenging to me.
I found it difficult to join the writing contest because most of the topics were kinda related to the previous ones I entered and wrote about.
While some topics were difficult for me to even start up with something.
I had no motivation or drive and knowledge of what to write again, yes it was difficult for me. I didn't really know why. To add to it, I got a job that was tasking and demanding.
But surprisingly, I found a way to always be active on Hive through posting my daily blog through @actifit.
This gave me reasons to publish something each day, and I was getting comments that encouraged me to continue posting each day.
The @actifit team came with their own massive encouragement and support by curating my post, another cool plus.
Prior to me having challenges with joining some writing contest, I started engaging. Like I found joy in reading and commenting on other people's posts. This paved the way for me to join the hive engagement league that came with its reward.
A weekly reward given to top engagers wow Whenever I check my wallet as well, I could see curation rewards of ......HP
Then, my third year, which is still ongoing, leading to chapter four, is super cool.

It is a "dive in and explore" chapter.
I join writing contests, engage more, explore communities I haven't published a post before in, by randomly writing and publishing in the community while following the community guidelines.
And I know and believe there will be much more to note.
I am so grateful to Hive for adding a 🔥 in my life journey.
Little steps daily will surely account for greatness. I celebrate myself for consistency and for the journey so far.
