Este año 2025 comenzo muy lento, si caí en depresión porque las expectativas eran mayores que la realidad. Pero desde hace unos meses la vida empezó a cambiar y hoy agradezco a Dios por eso. He querido también hacer cosas nuevas no solo para mí vida si no en función de mis hijos,quiero demostrarles a ellos que es nuestra responsabilidad cambiar nuestro destino. Y si tenemos claro que es lo que deseamos con perseverancia lo podemos conseguir.
Mi hermana y mamá vinieron a pasar unos días juntos en familia, desde hace más de 6 meses no las veía, ellas viven en otra ciudad y la verdad la hemos pasado genial. El domingo nos fuimos al parque, allí se encuentra un grupo de conocidos que ofrecen clases de kayac, y otras actividades que no recuerdo, primero dan la clases de kayac y luego te preparan para que tú mismo des una vuelta en el lago, dentro del agua ellos te orientan, de verdad vale la pena vivir la experiencia y hasta te provoca lanzarte a bañarte pero eso lo tienen prohibido.
Al final, no se trata solo de los cambios que llegan a nuestra vida, sino de la forma en que decidimos aceptarlos. Ver a mi familia sonreír, especialmente a mis hijos, me recordó que la verdadera felicidad no está en cumplir expectativas ajenas, sino en construir la propia. Es un camino en construcción, pero hoy sé que lo más importante es remar juntos.

In the end, it is not only about the changes that come into our lives, but the way we decide to accept them. Seeing my family smile, especially my children, reminded me that true happiness is not in fulfilling other people's expectations, but in building our own. It is a road under construction, but today I know that the most important thing is to row together.
