Your response begs a few questions.
Did you operate the bid bot account in question yourself? Did you pay @berniesander for the leased Steem Power up front from your own account? Did the bid bot in question pay a fixed rate for the leased power?
Or
Was the bib bot in question farmed out for a third party to operate? Did the third Party pay a fixed sum for the lease from the account? How were the profits distributed?
Or
Was it more of a profit share situation between the three of you?
Links to any evidence you may wish present will be helpful. As you pointed out so explicitly, hear say is not desirable, and can be destructive.
