California is so scenic from so many places. It's quite remarkable, and I thank God for bringing me to this strange and beautiful land. Pictured here is the view on the way to a Riverside, California post office on Van Buren Street. I drew a street scene in pen on the back of a large envelope which had one of my books enclosed. When people order books directly from me personally, I do try to personalize the experience with an original sketch on the inside of the books or zines on the envelope. In the case of this particular drawing, most of it was sketched quickly without looking at the paper.
