*Saludos amigos de #Hive y Street Workout Community, realicé el challenge o desafío en el cual pude hacerlo sin ningún inconveniente, cabe destacar que me gustan mucho estos retos ya que me obliga a querer ejecutarlo con la mayor limpieza posible y teniendo en cuenta las reglas o parámetros de esté challenge de #SWC. Consta de hacer 15 bar dips, 10 pull ups/15seg. aguante arriba, en medio y colgado, seguido de unas flexiones/push ups terminando este circuito con unos fondos/dips, todo esto en el menor tiempo posible yo pude hacer 1:35,55 fue bastante rudo conseguir hacer ese tiempo para mí pero no imposible.*
*Greetings friends of #Hive and Street Workout Community, I made the challenge or challenge in which I could do it without any problems, it should be noted that I really like these challenges as it forces me to want to run it as cleanly as possible and taking into account the rules or parameters of this challenge of #SWC. It consists of doing 15 bar dips, 10 pull ups/15sec. hold up, middle and hang, followed by some push ups/push ups finishing this circuit with some bottoms/dips, all this in the shortest time possible I was able to do 1:35.55 it was pretty tough to get that time for me but not impossible.*
