Can a struggling rice field find new life amid relentless drought? ๐พ Cause I really need lots of ideas right now. ๐ค
I am currently at a point where my mind is floating with different questions at high speeds that I can't control, and there are more questions every time I look at the current state of my rice field. ๐พ
What's the point of farming if I am going to lose everything before it gets anywhere close to harvesting? It's another question that has lingered in my mind, but the only hope I am holding onto is how quickly plants can turn around the moment their conditions change. ๐ฑ
Cracked fields and dry soil aren't something to get any hope in, but the moment you also look at these green warriors, you know that there's a little bit of hope left to hold onto. ๐ฟ
I expected things to have been a little worse than this, to be sincere, looking at how long it has been since the last rain and the nature of the soil, known to dry up quickly the moment there's no rain, but I have to say that it has been a thing of surprise so far. โ๏ธ
Resilience in the face of difficult moments like this is what makes me a good farmer, and most importantly, that's what's going to put food on the table. ๐ So no matter how hard it is, I won't want to go hungry cause I gave up, would I? โ
Worrying won't fix things either.
