Have you confronted the harsh reality of farming without rainfall, where hope seems far-fetched?
I can’t stop talking about this issue. Every time I look at my farm, I feel as though life has been drained from it. This year, we are facing extraordinary rainfall patterns that we haven’t experienced in a long time.
The field now resembles a desert, with only a few signs of life left after the abundant plant growth we enjoyed just a few months ago. That earlier growth attracted various animals to my farm at the time.
This clearly points to the signs of climate change. If we don’t confront these challenges, they will only worsen with each passing stage.
I need to work on establishing a water source around this farm to ensure we can manage things better whenever there’s little to no rainfall.
The expenses to set this up will surely be significant, but the more effort we put into our farming practices, the greater our chances of achieving a successful harvest in the end.
