Hello dear Shadow Hunters community and #archon friends! 🌑✨
Today I want to share with you a very typical scene from the streets of Havana. In the middle of a sunny day, when the heat fills every corner, I found a moving oasis of freshness: a bicitaxi rolling quietly while its passenger enjoys the comfort of a moving shadow.
What fascinates me most about this image is that the shadow is no longer static. It’s not the shade of a tree or a building; it’s a shadow that travels, that accompanies, that protects. The improvised roof turns the ride into a small rolling oasis, reminding us that shadows can also be refuge and relief.
I like to think that this picture shows a strong contrast: the relentless sun over the driver, the effort of pedaling, and at the same time the passenger, calm and relaxed, enjoying the gift of that generous shadow. A metaphor for life in Havana, where light and shadow coexist and move together.
