What are the things you love to do? What makes you feel after creating them? It makes you feel at peace, happy, satisfied, and productive? Then what if your hobby or skill can be your source of income?

This is my first flower bouquet order.

My product is making fuzzy wire crafts like:

  • Flower bouquet
  • Mini keychain
  • Keychain in a pouch
  • Flowers

I love doing this because it makes me feel at peace, and at the same time I am earning money.

I am not born as a crafter but I have learned this skill through watching video tutorials in YouTube, and Facebook.

My main reason of learning this skill is because I wanted some distraction. I remember the past few months, I was still focused in doing something and I wanted to distract myself from thinking about that specific 'thing'.

I remember I saw a post from my cousin, she made a lot of flowers... I got curious and I asked her about this matter. Thankfully she encouraged me to try fuzzy wire crafting.

And yes, I tried!

I have done paper crafting when I was still a child. But when I grew up writing became my hobby. I love creating short stories, poems, novels, and writing blogs about my photographies, travels, tutorials about digital arts, tutorials in cooking simple dishes, and many more to write.

When in pandemic times, I have tried crocheting but it didn't last. Maybe because I am not that interested in crocheting. But now I can say that I am interested in doing fuzzy wire flower bouquets and many more products using fuzzy wires.

Every time I receive some orders from different clients, it makes me happy and motivated to continue what I am doing.

At first I felt demotivated because I am not receiving some orders but eventually by continuously doing what I have a started, regular posting, and consistently making small progress then I am now receiving some orders. And I am thankful because of the progress of my work.

And when I received the payment of my crafts, I can say that...

My efforts paid off!

That's why if you are interested in doing something, don't be afraid to try, be brave and just do it even without experience. Remember that you can always learn something new.

That's all for today's blog. Thank you for reading!
