Hello! Do you love flowers too? What is your favorite flower and why do you like it?
For today's blog, I'm going to show you how I did this Pink Tiger Lily.
But let me share to you the materials I used in creating such a lovely flower.
Materials Needed
- Pink Fuzzy Wire (for petals)
- White Fuzzy Wire (for the outer petals)
-
Green Fuzzy Wire (for leaves)
-
Glue gun
- Scissor
- Glue stick
- Floral tape
- Floral stick
- white stamen
It is shown below how I did the step by step flower making.
First, get ready the materials needed.
Let's cut the 1 pink fuzzy wire into half.
I separated the white and pink. I just got 5 pieces of white fuzzy wires to add to the outer side of my tiger lily.
As you can see, I twisted the 2 pink fuzzy wires into two and I cut them.
3 pcs of 15 cm (½ wire) for 1 petal
Twist it in to two - the 3 pcs of ½ wire.
It will looks like this.
Insert the white fuzzy wire in between the twisted 3pcs pink wires. Twist and lock the white fuzzy wire then get a barbecue stick to curve the side of the wire looking like this.
Stretch it downward.
Arrange the wires, make sure to compress them before you'll tie the wires below.
When you're done arranging it, hold the one side of curved white fuzzy wire, roll it around the wires. It will serve as tie.
Just like this
Make 5 pieces of petals.
For stamen, I just put 5 pieces and twist it like this.
And for creating the flower, I used glue gun, glue sticks to stick the petals together. I put the stamen at the center of the flower then I continued sticking the petals.
And this is the tiger lily petals.
And for the stem, I used floral stem. I put it under the petals, I put glue stick and roll the existing wires around the floral wire (stem).
Make sure it is well glued!
For the leaves, I used 2 pieces of 30 cm (1 whole) green fuzzy wires.
Twist and lock them.
Put the floral tape around the stick.
Tape it together with the leaves.
And channaaan! Your flower is ready!
And of course it will not end here. This is just a single flower but I want to wrap it to create a single bouquet.
I will show you on my next blog on how to wrap a flower bouquet!
And that’s all for today's blog! Thank you for reading. I hope you have a great day ahead. Enjoy!
