I manage Salado crew's instagram account so I exported the last reel we've done to see if the format match with the app sources and it does, hope you don't mind the instagram watermark 🤷‍♂️ it's what I have because my phone's videos are .mov format so I can't post them up in the app yet but aperrantly instagram exportations are saved as .mp4 so it's practicle for me to post videos this way.
