Elon Musk seems to have set his sights on a new type of frontier, not in outer space, but the Earth's own climate and a series of publications in X the billionaire revealed a plan that sounds more like science fiction than environmental policy, to surround the planet with a constellation of satellites powered by solar energy and controlled by AI, capable of regulating the amount of sunlight that reaches Earth.
