Hello friends, happy start to the week to you all. I hope you have a very pleasant and successful week. I want to share with you a delicious guava and carrot cake I made, a very natural dessert. You will love the combination of these two flavors, with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients: -Flour (1½ cups) -Guava (5 pieces) -Carrot (1 piece) -Egg (1 piece) -Sugar (1 cup) -Butter (2 tablespoons)
Here are the steps to prepare the cake: First, we will prepare the flavors for our cake. Take the carrot and grate it finely. Cut the guavas in half to make the juice later.
Next, we will make the juice or flavor for our cake. Start by adding the guavas and grated carrot. then add 500 milliliters of water and blend. Once blended, strain to remove the guava seeds. After straining, add 3 tablespoons of sugar from the cake mixture and set the rest aside for later.
Next, we will begin preparing the cake mixture. We start by adding the rest of the sugar (what was left in the cup after sweetening the juice), add the two tablespoons of butter, and mix.
Then continue adding an egg and mix well until the sugar is no longer noticeable.
Next, we will gradually add the flour, adding it little by little and mixing well so that no lumps form.
Next, we will continue to gradually add the cake flavoring, just as we did with the flour, adding it little by little, since it can become watery and not cook properly. It should be just right. We add a little flour, a little juice, and so on until we finish adding all our ingredients.
Once we have finished mixing, we will add grated carrot so that the carrot flavor comes through in the cake.
Once the cake is ready, grease the cake pan or base where you are going to bake it. Add a little butter and grease the entire inside. Finally, add a little wheat flour, then add the cake mixture and grate carrots on top.
Once everything is ready, bake for 45 minutes. When it is ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool completely, and then remove it from the pan. If you take it out while it is still hot, it may break.
That's how I made my delicious guava and carrot cake. I hope you can make it from the comfort of your own homes and enjoy it. I'd love to hear how it went.
