This week has been Early Education Week, and the teacher planned a calendar with all the activities that were going to take place during this week. Today, Wednesday, was crazy socks day. My niece was very excited and left this task to me, and I happily obliged. I was inspired by a clown with lots of balloons, and the result was even better than I expected. I loved it!
Materials I used: -Long socks -Yarn -Foam -Silicone -Scissors
Here are the steps to follow: First, we will start by cutting out some pieces to form our adorable little clown, which is the main theme of this decoration. We cut out her head and hat, choosing the colors we like best.
Next, we will use our yarn to make our clown's hair. Carefully, I glued the longest piece of yarn to the sides of the head, then cut it in two and continued gluing it to the front of her head, which we call the fringe.
Next, continue making the face of our beautiful little clown, a smile with a painted nose and beautiful long eyelashes. At the top of her hair, continue gluing the frosted hat. Likewise, continue gluing a yellow strip along with a gold star to decorate and make an excellent combination.
Then continue cutting out some pieces to make a bow and tie for the clown. Cut out the tie, several polka dots from the same foam, and a piece to form the bow. Then continue gluing the bow to the tie, and then continue gluing the polka dots to the tie to make it look more colorful.
Next, we will proceed to cut out and make some 3D balloons. I cut out the shape of the balloons and glued several strips to them to make them look 3D.
Then continue making a small frosted red bow.
Next, we will continue gluing the designs made on the stockings. First, we will glue the clown, then her head, then the bow, and further down, the tie.
To finish our creation, continue gluing some 3D balloons on the other side, which will hang with a string. At the bottom, I glued a bow to make it look like the balloons are being held up.
