En esta nueva oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes un entrenamiento de cuerpo completo, entrenamiento que realizar en el parque de Madre María, donde habitualmente realizo mis entrenamientos de Street Workout y Calistenia.

Este entrenamiento estuvo bastante fuerte y me gustó mucho, ya que a pesar de que es un circuito bastante pequeño cumple con su objetivo, Antes de entrenar realizo un trote para ir calentando y estar listo para este entrenamiento que tiende a ser bastante fuerte a la tercera serie, ya que con el cansancio acumulado es difícil culminar, pero se siente muy bien entrenar y sentir que pasó a paso te vas acercando a esa meta ya establecida.
