El día de hoy siguiendo un plan de entrenamiento nuevo que hice me puse a hacer algo de plancha, no hice mucho, solo algunas lanzadas de full planche junto con algunas flexiones en pino y cerrando con stradller planche, poco a poco he retomado mis entrenamientos bastante silencioso, le he quitado bastante la importancia a competir ya que no me siento capacitado actualmente para ello, al igual que al subir videos, quiero tener un mejor enfoque y mayor planificación en el contenido que les traeré, también puede ser que traiga fotografías de mi día a día mezcladas con calistenia, desde hace algunos meses no me he sentido muy bien, he tenido bastante pensar sobre mi mismo y lo que quiero llegar a ser. He estado estudiando trading también y mejorando mis inversiones, si me pueden recomendar en los comentarios donde subir contenido referente al trading, para personas que quieren educarse al respecto y asi compartir los conocimientos que logre cimentar, estaré atento a muchas cosas las cuales no me daba cuenta, me verán bastante cambiado, espero poder generar un impacto diferente en el ecosistema HIVE y a la sociedad en general, sin mas que decir por este apartado, sigamos con lo que fue esta pequeña rutina.
Today following a new training plan I made I started to do some plank, I didn't do much, just some full plank lunges along with some pushups and closing with stradller plank, little by little I have resumed my workouts quite quietly, I have removed quite the importance to compete since I don't feel qualified for it nowadays, as well as uploading videos, I want to have a better focus and more planning in the content that I will bring, I may also bring pictures of my day to day mixed with calisthenics, for some months now I have not been feeling very well, I have been thinking about myself and what I want to become. I have also been studying trading and improving my investments, if you can recommend me in the comments where to upload content related to trading, for people who want to be educated about it and thus share the knowledge that I managed to cement, I will be aware of many things which I did not realize, you will see me quite changed, I hope to generate a different impact on the HIVE ecosystem and society in general, without more to say for this section, let's continue with what was this little routine.
