¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de frontlever, el cual realicé en el venoil junto a mis alumnos y junto a los muchachos.

Esta vez entrené un poco tarde porque tuve que hacer unos mandados, pero tenia bastantes ganas de entrenar ya que me gusta bastante hacer tirón. Empecé mi entreno con intentos de pull ups de front, pero esta vez, las quise intentar desde un deadstop de front de 3s, lo que incremento bastante su dificultad, pero ese era el objetivo, hice 3 series de esto. Luego continué con negativas de pull ups de front pero en half, para irme acostumbrando al movimiento, hice 3 series de 3 repes. Continué con pull ups explosivas de tuck adv de front, igualmente 3 series, y terminé la rutina con 3 series de 10 pull ups y 3 series de 20 elevaciones escapulares. Una rutina bastante buena, mis alumnos tambiein entrenaron tiron, los más avanzados hicieron una rutina de front enfocados en progresiones como tuck y tuck adv y mi otro alumno hizo una rutina para sacar sus primeras pull ups, un día bastante productivo !
This time I trained a little late because I had to run some errands, but I was really looking forward to training because I really enjoy pull-ups. I started my workout with front pull-up attempts, but this time I wanted to try them from a 3-second front dead stop, which made them quite a bit more difficult, but that was the goal. I did 3 sets of these. Then I continued with half front pull-up negatives to get used to the movement. I did 3 sets of 3 reps. I continued with explosive front tuck adv pull-ups, also 3 sets, and finished the routine with 3 sets of 10 pull-ups and 3 sets of 20 scapular raises. It was a pretty good routine. My students also trained pull-ups. The more advanced ones did a front routine focused on progressions such as tuck and tuck adv, and my other student did a routine to get his first pull-ups. It was a pretty productive day!
