My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2025

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Tuve un inicio de día bastante tranquilo, me levanté temprano y me tomé una taza de café y tuve una mañana-tarde productiva. A las 3 de la tarde, justo cuando iba a almorzar, se fue la luz, lo cual me puso un poco de mal humor pero no me deje llevar por eso. Espere a las 5 de las tarde para irme a entrenar calistenia al venoil, así me vesti y a lo que llego la hora me fui, enfoque mi entrenamiento en empuje, específicamente en la parada de manos, entrene al rededor de las 2 horas, en las cuales a las 6pm llego @chiqui-sw y entreno conmigo un rato junto con otro amigo del venoil. De ahí nos fuimos a casa del pana a pasar un rato y chiqui y yo luego fuimos a casa de un amigo que vivía bastante lejos en bici. Por lo que fue un día bastante activo, volví a casa a las 10pm a bañarme y comer de acuerdo a mi actividad de hoy !

I had a pretty uneventful start to the day, got up early and had a cup of coffee and had a productive morning-afternoon. At 3pm, just as I was about to have lunch, the power went out, which put me in a bit of a bad mood but I didn't let it get to me. I waited until 5pm to go train calisthenics at the venoil, so I got dressed and when the time came I left, I focused my training on push ups, specifically handstand, I trained for about 2 hours, in which at 6pm @chiqui-sw arrived and trained with me for a while along with another friend from the venoil. From there we went to my friend's house to spend some time and chiqui and I then went to a friend's house who lived quite far away by bike. So it was quite an active day, I came back home at 10pm to shower and eat according to my activity today!
