My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2025

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Fue mi ultimo día de trabajo de esta semana, estaba algo cansado pero no tanto, asi que el día fue bastante entretenido, me levanté a las 5:30am como costumbre, me preparé y me dirijí al gym a trabajar. Llegué a las 7am al trabajo, fueron bastantes personas y el día paso rapido. Luego salí con mi mamá, la acompañe a hacer algunas cosas, estando en casa hice mis que haceres y en la tarde a eso de las 6:30pm me fui al venoil, esta vez mis alumnos no se activaron asi que entrené solo ocn chiqui, hice bastante poco, estaba bastante pesado por dormir poco asi que solo entrené basicos y hice algunos ejercicios de propiosepcion con liga. Luego sali un rato en mi bici y llegué a casa a comer arepa con huevo para poder dormir y recuperarme de la semana de entrenamiento.

It was my last day of work this week. I was a little tired, but not too much, so the day was quite entertaining. I got up at 5:30 a.m. as usual, got ready, and headed to the gym to work out. I arrived at work at 7 a.m. There were quite a few people there, and the day went by quickly. Then I went out with my mom and accompanied her to run some errands. When I got home, I did my chores, and in the afternoon, around 6:30 p.m., I went to the gym. This time, my students weren't active, so I trained alone with Chiqui. I didn't do much because I was quite tired from not sleeping much, so I just trained the basics and did some proprioception exercises with a band. Then I went out for a while on my bike and came home to eat arepa with eggs so I could sleep and recover from the week of training.
