Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
---- Fue un día tranquilo y algo aburrido, me levanté como costumbre a las 5:30am, me fui a trabajar hasta las 12pm, fue un día algo movido pero tranquilo, al llegar a casa descanse un rato ya que estaba muy cansado y me ocupe con algunas cosas que debía hacer, sali un rato en la bici en la tarde pero a eso de las 5;30pm empezó a llover, lluvia la cual duró casi hasta a las 9pm, esto básicamente le arruinó el día porque no pude hacer muchas de las cosas que debía hacer en la tarde, estaba a que un amigo así que pase toda la tarde ahí. Al volver a casa, me puse a calentar para poder entrenar un poco, ya que no quería perder el día. Calenté bastante rato para que no le doliera el cuerpo y empecé a entrenar, me enfoque en las handstand push ups, libres en paralelas y en suelo, lo principal era spamearlas en series ya que es mi básico favorito de empuje , hice 6 series aproximadamente y luego de eso me puse a hacer flexiones normales para terminar, fue corto pero bastante intenso, luego de eso comí y me prepare para dormir ya que me tocaba trabajar al día siguiente.
It was a quiet and somewhat boring day, I got up as usual at 5:30am, I went to work until 12pm: 30am, I went to work until 12pm, it was a somewhat busy but quiet day, when I got home I rested for a while as I was very tired and I got busy with some things I had to do, I went out for a while on the bike in the afternoon but at about 5;30pm it started to rain, rain which lasted almost until 9pm, this basically ruined the day because I could not do many of the things I had to do in the afternoon, I was to a friend so I spent the whole afternoon there. When I got home, I warmed up so I could get some training in as I didn't want to waste the day. I warmed up for a while so my body wouldn't hurt and I started training, I focused on the handstand push ups, free push ups in parallel and floor, the main thing was to spam them in sets since it's my favorite basic push up, I did 6 sets approximately and after that I started doing normal push ups to finish, it was short but quite intense, after that I ate and got ready to sleep since I had to work the next day.
