Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !---- El día empezó temprano como siempre a las 5:30am, desperté, me cepillé, me aliste, me hice desayuno y me fui a trabajar. Llgué al gym casi a las 7am, el trafico estaba un poco odioso pero llegué a una buena hora, el día estuvo algo movido con una cantidad de clientes decentes y fue algo divertido porque trabaje junto a un amigo hoy. Al llegar las 11pm, me animé a practicar un poco mis patadas y golpes, tomando una idea que vi en internet, con 2 tobilles me amarré un liga entre las piernas para que asi las patadas me costaran el doble, puse y saco y practique con el y tirando patadas unos 45 minutos antes de cerrar y acomodar todo para irme a casa. En casa cumpli con mis responsabilidades y a eso de las 6pm me alisté y me fui al venoil a entrenar a mis alumnos y realizar la rutina que me tocaba, esta vez enfoque en frontlever, igual que mis alumnos que se enfocaron en tirón, excepto xander que no entreno el día anterior y se enfoco en empuje, mi rutina fue bastante fuerte, me enfoqué en entrenar el front con liga y en progresiones como la half, tambien hice básicos y muchas escapulaciones ya que esto es base para el front. Al terminar la rutina di con chiqui 3 vueltas al venoil, para cansarme un poco y luego de esas vueltas volvi a casa con mis alumnos a hacer un poco de pesas, aunque xander no pudo ir. Aqui nos enfocamos en entrenar los biceps, ya que con pesas se aislan mejor, y termino siendo un día bastante productivo y activo !
The day started early as usual at 5:30 a.m. I woke up, brushed my teeth, got ready, made breakfast, and went to work. I arrived at the gym at almost 7 a.m. The traffic was a bit annoying, but I got there at a good time. The day was pretty busy with a decent number of customers, and it was kind of fun because I worked with a friend today. At 11 p.m., I decided to practice my kicks and punches a little, taking an idea I saw on the internet. I tied a band between my legs with two ankle straps so that the kicks would be twice as hard. I put it on and took it off and practiced with it, kicking for about 45 minutes before closing up and getting everything ready to go home. At home, I took care of my responsibilities, and at around 6 p.m., I got ready and went to the gym to train my students and do my routine. This time I focused on front lever, just like my students who focused on pull, except for Xander who didn't train the day before and focused on push. My routine was quite intense. I focused on training the front with a band and on progressions such as the half. I also did basics and many escapulations, as this is the basis for the front. After finishing the routine, I did three laps around the track with Chiqui to tire myself out a bit, and after those laps, I went home with my students to do some weight training, although Xander couldn't go. Here we focused on training the biceps, since they are better isolated with weights, and it ended up being a very productive and active day!----        ----  ---- ---
