My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2025

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Este fue mi último día en el gym, renuncie el fin de semana pata enfocarme en un proyecto personal pero me contactaron para cubrir un turno ej la tarde ya que lo necesitaban y acepte. Llegué al gym a eso de las 3pm, sude bastante de camino allá pero llegué tranquilo, el día fue fue movido, cerca de punta gorda gay otro gym pero se le cayó el techo por las lluvia por lo que la gente que entrenaba allá ahora entrena dónde yo trabajaba. Entrene a varias personas, desde las 3pm hasta las 9pm, aproveche los momentos libres para hacer pull ups, chin ups, un poco de pesas y fondos, así también entraba un poco ya que el no me iba a dar el tiempo para entrenar bien. Me dejaron en la parada de las 5 bocas a eso de las 9:30pm, agarre carrito y me dejó en la Guayanesa y de aquí camine a mi casa, otra media hora caminando jajaja. Al llegar a casa estire un poco e hice estiramientos y me fui a comprar algo de comer en el puesto de comida en la esquina de mi casa. Fue un día bastante movido pero no muy estresante.

This was my last day at the gym. I quit over the weekend to focus on a personal project, but they contacted me to cover a shift in the afternoon because they needed me, and I accepted. I arrived at the gym around 3 p.m. I sweated a lot on the way there, but I arrived calm. It was a busy day. Near Punta Gorda Gay, there is another gym, but the roof collapsed due to the rain, so the people who used to train there now train where I used to work. I trained several people from 3pm to 9pm. I took advantage of my free time to do pull-ups, chin-ups, a little weight training, and dips, so I could get in a little workout since he wasn't going to give me time to train properly. They dropped me off at the 5 Bocas bus stop at around 9:30 p.m. I took a cart and it dropped me off at La Guayanesa, and from there I walked home, another half hour walk, ha ha ha. When I got home, I stretched a little and did some stretching exercises, and then I went to buy something to eat at the food stall on the corner of my house. It was a pretty busy day, but not very stressful.
