¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de plancha de inicio de semana, está vez entrene en el gym en dónde trabajo ya que pasaría la tarde ocupado y quería aprovechar mi tiempo, al final terminó resultando en un muy buen entreno.
Hello, Hive and SWC members! Today I'm sharing my plank workout for the start of the week. This time I trained at the gym where I work, since I was going to be busy in the afternoon and wanted to make the most of my time. In the end, it turned out to be a very good workout.

Como de costumbre fui a trabajar a las 6am, el día paso algo pesado ya que fue mucha gente pero en mi mente solo tenía entrenar, me había llevado mis mini paralelas, liga y muñequeras para aprovechar de entrenar si el gimnasio se desocupa a temprano, el gym quedó vacío a eso de las 10:30am por lo que aproveche para calentar y hacer movilidad para empezar mi rutina de plancha. Hice algunos handstand para entrar en calor y empecé. Lo primero que hice fueron 3 series de aguantes de straddle planche seguido de un hold de 90 degree, en straddle o full, aquí me sentí bien, probé subir las minis paralelas y se me hizo más cómodo todo. Continúe con 3 series de hold de tuck adv, buscando la mejor forma, seguro de subida a fuerza y negativa de 90 degree o plancha, aquí ya empecé a sentir los hombros pero podía seguir. Luego seguí con 3 series iguales al primero ejercicio pero usando la liga, está vez en los pies, haciendo hold de full con la liga y luego de 90 en full, ya aquí si estaba bastante fatigado. Termine con 2 ejercicios básicos, handstand push ups asistidas, para trabajar mis hombros como es y termine con 2 series al fallo de fondos lastrados con 20kg, no me dió tiempo de hacer 3 porque tenía que cerrar el gym pero esas 2 series al fallo me pegaron como es, al final fue tremendo entreno que me dejó enfocado para lo que faltaba del día.
As usual, I went to work at 6 a.m. It was a tough day because there were a lot of people, but all I could think about was training. I had brought my mini parallel bars, resistance band, and wristbands so I could train if the gym cleared out early. The gym was empty at around 10:30 a.m., so I took the opportunity to warm up and do some mobility exercises to start my plank routine. I did some handstands to warm up and then started. The first thing I did was three sets of straddle planche holds followed by a 90-degree hold, in straddle or full position. I felt good here, so I tried climbing the mini parallel bars and found everything more comfortable. I continued with three sets of advanced tuck holds, looking for the best form, making sure to climb with strength and do a 90-degree or plank negative. At this point, I started to feel my shoulders, but I was able to continue. Then I did three sets of the same exercise as the first one, but using the band, this time on my feet, doing full holds with the band and then 90-degree full holds. By this point, I was pretty tired. I finished with 2 basic exercises, assisted handstand push-ups, to work my shoulders as they are, and I finished with 2 sets to failure of weighted dips with 20 kg. I didn't have time to do 3 because I had to close the gym, but those 2 sets to failure hit me hard. In the end, it was a tremendous workout that left me focused for the rest of the day.
