¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les comparto algunas fotos del último entrenamiento que realice en el venoil con los muchachos.

A pesar de la lesión, decidí seguir entrenando a los muchachos, así seguimos progresando, y a pesar de no poder entrenar al menos mantengo la disciplina de ir todas las tardes al venoil y mejoro como entrenador. Está vez xander y lito se enfocaron en hacer tirón, mientras que Dylan se enfoco en hacer empuje, saco hoy sus primeros fondos, aún no con la mejor técnica, pero si con mucha más fuerza que cuando empezó, me alegro mucho ver qué está feliz con su progreso. Xander probó algunos handstand en las paralelas para testear su balance y luego empezó su rutina junto con lito, los cuales se enfocaron en front, está vez los puse a hacer una rutina enfocada en mejorar su tuck adv, jugando con el volumen, palancas y básicos de tirón, la rutina de Dylan fue un poco más corta, ya que por ahora me estoy centrando en que mejore sus básicos y fuerza para que así si progreso siga, fue un muy buen día !

This time, Xander and Lito focused on pulling, while Dylan focused on pushing. Today he did his first dips, still not with the best technique, but with much more strength than when he started. I'm very happy to see that he's happy with his progress. Xander tried some handstands on the parallel bars to test his balance and then started his routine with Lito, who focused on front. This time, I had them do a routine focused on improving their tuck adv, playing with volume, levers, and pull basics. Dylan's routine was a little shorter, as for now I am focusing on improving his basics and strength so that he can continue to progress. It was a very good day!
