¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les traigo mi entrenamiento del dia de ayer el cual me tocó realizar en casa ya que aqui en Cabimas tiene días lloviendo, lo que no me ha dejado entrenar como es estos días, pero como no me gusta fallar mis entrenos, siempre lo compenso entrenando en mi casa !

Como les dije, esta vez empezó a llover a las 4pm, pensé que dejaria de llover temprano asi que antes que empezará a llover feo fui a casa de un amigo a pasar el rato antes de irme a entrenar, pero estando allá la lluvia se puso muy fea y no quiso parar, llovió hasta las 8pm - 9pm aproximadamente, lo cual me puso de bastante mal humor ya que no me daria mucho tiempo de entrenar porque al día siguiente tenia que trabajar. Asi que pensé en que hacer para no perder el día, y me decidí por spamear hansdtand push ups libres, ya que es mi básico de empuje favorito y quiero sacarle varias repes, calenté con la liga y con movimientos dinamicos, para empezar con algunos aguantes de solo balance antes de las handstand push ups, me sentía bastante pesado pero aun asi segui y valió la pena, estaba cometiendo un error de aguantar el handstand como 10 segundos antes de hacer las handstand push ups, esto no me permitia pasar de las 2 repes, que hice? Hice el handstand, aguante 1 segundo y de una empecé con las push ups, de aqui saque siempre entre 5 y 7 repeticiones, no muchas ya que si estaba pesado pero fue mucho mejor que solo 2, consegui este pequeño truquito y lo aplicare más, me di cuenta que no confiaba mucho en mi fuerza y balance y por eso esperaba tanto para las push ups, esto cambió en este entrenamiento. Luego hice muchas push ups normales en las minis paralelas y en suelo, y terminé la rutina con unos estiramientos leves para dormir tranquilo.

So I thought about what to do so I wouldn't waste the day, and I decided to do free handstand push-ups, since it's my favorite basic push exercise and I want to get several reps in. I warmed up with the band and dynamic movements, starting with some balance holds before the handstand push-ups. I felt quite heavy, but I kept going anyway, and it was worth it. I was making the mistake of holding the handstand for about 10 seconds before doing the handstand push-ups, which meant I couldn't do more than 2 reps. What did I do? I did the handstand, held it for 1 second, and immediately started with the push-ups. From there, I always got between 5 and 7 reps. It wasn't many since I was heavy, but it was much better than only 2. I learned this little trick and will apply it more. I realized that I didn't trust my strength and balance very much, which is why I waited so long for the push-ups. This changed in this workout. Then I did lots of normal push-ups on the mini parallel bars and on the floor, and I finished the routine with some light stretching so I could sleep peacefully.
