Hola amigos de Hive y SWC, hoy compartiré unas fotos que tome en mi entrenamiento de ayer de estaticos, entrené mis estaticos tales como frontlever, backlever, pino, negativas, subidas a pino, practiqué presses y negativas de frontlever caminando, fue un entrenamiento bastante fuerte, tiré varios combos de estaticos y le meti volumen a mi entreno con progresiones, espero les gusten las fotos !
