Today, I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Machida Shinya, the Consulate-General of Japan in Penang, during his official courtesy visit to Sunway College Ipoh.
I was honoured to present the Sunway Group ecosystem, highlighting how education, healthcare, sustainability, and industry are seamlessly interconnected to create long-term impact. It was encouraging to see him impressed by our integrated model and the way Sunway continues to contribute to nation-building and global collaboration.
This engagement was a meaningful platform to exchange ideas, strengthen cultural ties, and explore potential areas of partnership between Malaysia and Japan. I look forward to seeing how this relationship will grow and bring value to our students, the institution, and the wider community. 🌏🤝
