Good evening members of the Hive student connect. I'm glad to have you here on my blog. You're all welcome.
This night I want to share my experience on what I title "Time waits for no man.
As a student, I've seen a lot. And not only seeing, I also learn from those things I see.
Before now, I used to think that time usually waits for a man. That was well, I kept on doing things lately.
I study when others have finished studying. I developed the habit of going to classes late.
I didn't realize what I was doing. People tried to talk about it, but I paid them a deaf ear.
So last semester, I nearly missed my exams because I thought the exams wouldn't commence at the scheduled time.
On the day of my second exam, I arrived at the exam venue thirty minutes past 10. am in the morning.
When I got there, I realized exams had commenced a long time ago. I wasn't allowed to enter the exam hall.
My course lecturer, asked me to go back home. So I pleaded with him to let me enter but he said no.
So one lecturer came and helped me out. So I was allowed to write the exams.
I felt so bad. That was when I realized time waits for no man. I learnt my lesson that day.
I learnt that as a student, I'm supposed to keep to time no matter what. And each time I fail to make things right, I always go back home to make sure I do the right thing
It was a season of me walking out of ignorance and embracing reality. That experience alone, helped me change and made me feel better.
Thank you for stopping by.
