Será tu piel la seda de esa flor con su fresco aroma que está en mi jardín.
Una mariposa blanca como la espuma del mar aleteó sus alas y se llevó tu aroma entre las esporas.
Luego llegó un colibrí nervioso su aleteo hundió su pico para robarte el néctar como yo lo robé de aquella boca tuya.
Allí me quedé un tantito para contemplarte entre las demás flores como yo contemplé la belleza de aquella la que fue mi amada.
I SAW YOU IN THE GARDEN
Your skin will be the silk of that flower with its fresh scent in my garden.
A butterfly, white like sea foam fluttered its wings and carried your scent among the spores.
Then a hummingbird arrived with its nervous fluttering and sank its beak to steal your nectar as I stole it from that mouth of yours.
There I stayed for a little while to contemplate you among the other flowers as I contemplated the beauty of her who was once my beloved.
