No hay mucho que decir de su narrativa, es un filme simple que se concentra en tener chistes y situaciones absurdas con la intención de sacarle una carcajada al espectador, por otro lado, es curioso como la cinta se siente de cierta forma más madura que su precuela, en este sentido se percibe ese ligero cambio de la esencia, no es un mal de morirse ni perjudica de forma terrible a la película pero aquellos que hayan visto tanto la primera entrega como la segundo se habrán dado cuenta de las variaciones en el humor, pese a lo anterior mencionado la cinta sigue siendo entretenida y es bastante disfrutable.

The only thing that deserves a mention is the small evolution that the protagonist has had, through this not only the growth of the character is seen by showing slight changes in his actions but also serves as a parallelism of the evolution that the actor has had as such, it is a quite nice wink to Sandler's changes throughout his career.
Nada que destacar, sus personajes tienen en su mayoría una caracterización divertida y eso es lo único que los define, en otros casos fungen como impulsadores de la trama por lo que tampoco hay mucho que analizar; sucede exactamente lo mismo con los antagonistas, son idiotas pero cómicos de ver. Lo único que si merece una mención es la pequeña evolución que ha tenido el protagonista, mediante este no solo se ve el crecimiento del personaje al mostrar ligeros cambios en su accionar sino que también funge como un paralelismo de la evolución que ha tenido el actor como tal, es un guiño bastante lindo a los cambios de Sandler a lo largo de su carrera.

Happy Gilmore 2 es lo que se espera de un filme protagonizado por Adam Sandler, tiene todo el paquete completo: Un villano idiota, un momento de redención, un mensaje trillado sobre la familia y luchar por los sueños, en general, es divertida y bastante disfrutable. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 3 estrellas de 7, si bien en algunos momentos no es tan original y entretenida como la primera entrega, por lo menos sigue siendo divertida en la mayoría de los casos, no es ni de lejos de las peores secuelas a películas retro que haya visto.
