Drawing process

I've spent only 27h on this one which is a speed record form me. My goal is to pass under 20 h so I'll can put out more than 2 finished illustrations a month...

so first the idea on paper

so ugly!!

I wasn't sure of a green skin result so I made a couple of colored sketches

so green!!

Then came the structure struggle to make it anatomically credible...

so many Santas!!

The linework was done on a vectoriel layer so I can cheat! 😉

so many loops!!

Ah! and of course the all time I was checking composition... yeah, of course... 😅

so many triangles!!

I change the nose during color process to give her a more western/cartoon tone 😻😻

so cute!!

The rest is my habitual over-lighting and filters tweaking... plus some tattoos... and boom here's the final result:
