Street photography is characterized by documenting human activity in public spaces, although the presence of people as the main subject is not always obligatory, since on many occasions we can also use elements of the urban environment as a reference for human activity.
In the photograph of the street ties of complicity are established between the protagonist of the photo and the photographer, where once reached such a connection, people let us see their soul.
My work seeks to show the great diversity of people, cultures, structures and any type of situations, from the most dramatic to the most fun and beautiful we can find when walking the streets of Barranquilla or any other city or town in Colombia.
My old camera broke down and it is my desire to buy a new one to continue documenting the streets of the city. The camera and lens kit has a value of 1000 USD dollars and I know that with the help of all of you I will be able to reach this goal.
