I'm surprised! After years of doodling, this is probably the first time my hand has hurt this much. I’m used to doodling, but working nine hours straight while squeezing the henna bottle really took a toll on me. At first, I wondered why it hurt so much now, but then I remembered that I usually alternate between painting with a brush and doodling using this squeezer, which probably made my hand hurt less in the past. You know what's funny? I actually typed this earlier this morning but didn't post it because I needed sleep I was awake at midnight until 9am. I thought I'd wait until after I woke up to share it, and now here I am, writing in real time! Anyway, I just tried doodling again to see if the pain was still there, but it isn't! HAHA! Either my hand needed a rest from overdoing it or the Chinese medicine I took for my back pain helped. I just woke up, and the pain in my body is gone. I feel recharged! I'm currently working on a 4x4 ft painting and I'm about 60% done. The image in the picture is just a sneak peek of one out of six paintings. About 80% of this painting consists of this particular style, so wish my hand luck! I really want to finish my paintings quickly so I can stick to the timeline I set for myself this year. P.S. : Many people misunderstand that I use a ballpoint pen for this. Although it appears to be one, I want to clarify that this is acrylic paint in a henna bottle.
