In the timelapse drawing of female ocean healer, I was contemplating whether she should be sitting down or sitting up. I ultimately chose the latter because she has a sassy vibe, which influenced both her pose and expression. I'm planning to create a little comic featuring this drawing along with my previous one, which I’ll share in the next blog. # FLAT COLORS Coloring flats are my favorite part because the fun begins with it. I started with the eye details next, and I didn't complicate it but kept it simple. If you watch the timelapse, the detailing of her hair was challenging. Adding glitter to her hair and clothes was difficult, but I wanted to keep it simple and not complicate things. I interpreted her character as having a very demure and social vibe, so I added sparkles around her to make her shine.
