Harvesting Timing cassava is usually harvested 8-18 months after planting depending on the variety and desired root size.

Uses of Cassava
Food Cassava roots are rich in carbohydrates and can be sued to make various food products like tapioca pearls, flour, and chips. In Thailand, cassava is often sued in both savary and sweet dishes.
