Living in South Africa with all its space, allows for exposure to the animals of nature, both wild and domestic. Today I want to share with you an image of my first ever golden pig sighting, which I find very auspicious.
This good omen of fortune, in my mind if nowhere else, is timed well for the coming crypto bull market, with its last few weeks of maximum gain in the price of Bitcoin and the altcoins.
I could be wrong about the timing of the crypto bull market, but I like the prosperous look of this golden pig. Let's see how well this blog post ages, regarding the remaining weeks of the Bitcoin bull market uptrend for the next four years. Who knows if the four year cycle is even relevant any more?
Besides the auspicious golden pig, the goats are flocking today, which is a sign that they're looking for greener feed here.
Life in this rural setting is dry lately so the goats seem to be wondering more widely. Let's see if the rainman will make it rain for us this next two months. Last cycle top in 2021, I was totally late, front-run by the smart money and left holding way more altcoin bags that I wanted. Will this time be different?
I have no way of knowing. I thought I was ready last time and I missed the top. I've waited four years and here we are again. So far nothing much other than ripples of an uptrend, so I forsee more to come still.
The golden pig has yet to sing. The goats are still a long way from the blow-off top of the charts. Technical indicators have much more room to the upside ahead.
I've resigned myself to whatever happens. I'm so underwhelmed by this bull market that apathy had set in. Detachment is of course a good quantity on the path, so at lest I'm making some progress somewhere, if not in the wallet. No longer am I as eager, greedy, chasing, fanatical as last cycle top for years ago in November 2012. Either age has mellowed me, or the market has exhausted me.
The beauty of nature's creatures, and the healthy outdoor environment here on the South coast of Africa, really act as priceless treasures to make up for the lack of treasures in the portfolio.
