Ya listos los reservamos y procedemos, a realizar el pescado, para ello colocamos la cebolla, el apio, el cebollin, el ají, y los colocamos en una olla con un poquito de aceite, movemos por 7 minutos, luego colocamos la pulpa del pescado y movemos hasta que todo este homogéneo, en ese punto lo dejamos en el fuego lento al rededor de unos 10 minutos a fuego lento.

Pasado los 10 minutos apagamos y procedemos con el armado.
Yo use una bandeja rectangular de unos 7cm de alto, se coloca una capa de plátano, y seguidamente una de pescado y así progresivamente hasta llegar al borde, al final si es de su gusto puede colocarle queso mozzarella para gratinar en mi caso no le coloque porque mis hijos no toleran los lácteos, pero si no es su caso colóquele.

Ya terminado el armado, con el horno precalentado procedemos a meterlo por 25minuto, a 45° centígrados.
Y para su contorno le prepare pan con ajo y perejil.

Hello friend, here I am with a very simple recipe to prepare, CHUCHO Cake, I recommend it, you do not have to be a chef to do it, I assure you that it is very easy.


Ingredients.

Preparation.
We cut the onion, the chili, the celery, the chives into squares, and we reserve.

Then we cut the bananas in the form of slices and proceed to fry them.

Once they are ready, we reserve them and proceed to make the fish, for this we place the onion, celery, chives, chili, and place them in a pot with a little oil, move for 7 minutes, then place the fish pulp and we move until everything is homogeneous, at that point we leave it on the low heat for about 10 minutes on low heat.

I use a rectangular tray about 7cm high, place a layer of banana, and then a layer of fish and so progressively until you reach the edge, at the end if you like you can put mozzarella cheese to gratin in my case do not put because my children do not tolerate dairy, but if it is not your case, put it on.
